Administrator Mentoring

With more and more school and district leadership roles being filled by less experienced individuals, or persons inexperienced in the state or region of their new assignments, there is an increasing need for the newly-appointed administrator to have access to experienced professionals who can serve as mentors. School Leadership associates will be accessible by phone and in person to help the new administrators work through issues they may not have confronted in the past. Discussions between the administrator and School Leadership will be treated on a totally confidential basis.
